This is a very interesting piece. The exterior vase holder is made of steel and is showing it’s age, C 1920. It came to us with a red vase of unknown age. This would look great in an Art Deco House, and you could change the color of the vase with the holiday. The steel exterior piece has an interesting design with 4 antique looking keys holding the top and bottom together. There are no marks on the base.
