This gorgeous cameo has a beautiful patina built up on the silver finding. In addition to the cameo of the seahorse on the front, you can also see the same carving on the back of the seahorse. There are 3 citrine topaz jewels above the cameo. The bail is built in at the top of the pendant. Actual age is unknown.
