This piece was made by one of our board members in Santa Barbara. It is primarily blue and green with a little bit of white in the vase as well. A vase with colors like this is called an “End of Day” vase, because the last piece that glass blowers would make at the end of the day, would use up the colors left over on the table from previous projects. Evidence of the pontil is on the base.
