This lovely card was made by one of our board members. The front of the card spells out HAPPY BIRTHDAY with wild letters, decorated with different ephemera, such as rhinestones, flowers, and crazy colored papers. Each letter is different. In each corner is a 3-D Dusty colored rose. It is protected by an acetate sleeve. Also in the acetate sleeve are two matching gift tags. They consist of a square envelope that matches the paper in the birthday card. And in the center of each is a dusty colored rose that matches the roses in the corner of the card.
